We are looking for an undergraduate student to assist with the biochemical and molecular characterization of engineered cardiac cell monolayers or 3D cardiac tissue constructs. The cardiac cells may have ion channel expression that is altered by gene delivery, or may be cells that are differentiated and expanded from embryonic stem cells.
If you have a strong interest in tissue engineering in the cardiac field, and are hard working, independent, responsible, and interested in cutting edge cardiac research, please contact us. Work is available for credit or pay, depending on your level of experience.
